1.  Minor Magic is not a prerequisite for Major Magic.

2.  When reading Award Paragraphs, Special skills must always
be used over NO SKILL.

3.  When you achieve 9 Story Points, you may raise a Talent level
Skill to Master Level if you have 7 or more Destiny Points.

4.  When giving someone a Wealth Level, his level only increases
if your new level is at least as high as his old level.

5.  "Free" bargaining counters cannot be used to start a chain
from a product which has already had another chain started from it.

6.  Treasures are received for turning in 3 or more arrows at once.
