Grass Roots Phase Cannot place 5th marker anywhere. Pre-phase: Lib Dem – 1 in Scotland, 1 in Wales

– only in industrial
Disenchanted Electors Phase Remove D6 + 3 Labour Markers and deduct this number of points from Labour.

Party Machine Phase Only 1 marker per constituency per burst. Cannot place 5th marker anywhere except Cornwall.
Pre-phase: Lib Dem – 2 in Scotland, 1 in Wales, 2 in Cornwall

– only in constituencies free of Lib Dem markers, except Scotland

– only in England, at least 2 per burst in rural

1st Opinion Poll Phase 30 markers. If all cards the same: party with the biggest percentage loses 6 points (if tied, both lose 3) and points lost passed equally to the next two parties (or one if tie).
If 3-2-1: the 3 takes 6 points (2 from 2 and 4 from 1).
If 3-3-2, 3-3-1 or 2-2-1: top 2 each take 3 from lowest.
If 3-2-2, 3-1-1 or 2-1-1: top takes 6 (2 from larger, 4 from smaller).

Hitting the Marginals Phase Each player removes d6+3 other party markers, each from a different constituency. More than one player can remove from the same constituency. Then these are placed back wherever one likes; okay to place the 5th marker in a constituency.
