  1. Introduction

  3. Components
  4. Setting Up the Game
  5. Set up the game as follows:
    1. Open the game board and lay it flat on the table.
    2. Shuffle the Destiny cards and place them in a pile to the side.
    3. Sort out the Power Points coupons into different piles of 1000 to 5000 each (you may store these in the box)
    4. Put one each of the stickers showing generals on a pawn.
    5. Each player chooses a pawn.
    6. Each player receives Power Points as follows:
      • 2 x 1000
      • 2 x 2000
      • 1 x 3000
      • 1 x 4000
      • 1 x 5000
    7. Play "Rock, Paper, Scissors" to decide the order of play.
    8. Place each player's pawn at the starting point at the lower left corner of the board. Each player will have to follow the arrows to move forward.

  6. Goal of the Game
  7. The game ends after all of the players reach the end and thus make the capture. Then each player counts the number of their remaining Power Points to determine the winner.

  8. Sequence of Play
  9. Play passes clockwise around the table. On his turn, each player rolls the die and moves his pawn that many spaces forward. He must resolve the turn depending on the type of space he lands on.

  10. Playing the Game
    1. If during the game, a pawn happens to land on a space reading "Hand of Destiny" [note: the spaces with formation led by the man on a white horse], the owning player must draw the top Destiny card and follow its instructions.

    2. If the card happens to be a weapon, then the player may keep it. However, each weapon can only be used once and thereafter is placed in the discard pile.

    3. If one lands on a space reading "Get Power Point coupons", then the player receives the corresponding Power Points from "the bank". [Note: these are all of the spaces containing food items, including the Hawaiian Pizza, Chicken Drumstick Meal, Super Hamburger Meal, Lobster Meal, and Turkey and Ham Meal.] Similarly for spaces indicating loss of Power points.

    4. If in the middle of the game anyone happens to spend all of their Power Points and cannot afford to pay as required, then they must go back to the start and discard any of the cards they have in hand. They do receive Power Points in the amounts normal for starting the game.

    5. The purple spaces containing four characters including the number "1" (horizontal bar) mean, "Lose 1 turn."

    6. The bluish space at the top of the second column from left reads "Acquire precious items. Move forward 5 spaces."

    7. The yellowish square space further down in the second column reads: "Battle of Bó-wàng Hills I: Li Din: Fighting Power: 5000. Either pay 5000 Power Points to pass through or go back to the start."
